- Check that “Forgot password” feature sends
newly generated password to the user’s email;
- Check that after clicking “Forgot password?”
registered user can log in using both old and new passwords;
- Check that “Forgot password” reports error
when non-existing user name is specified;
- Check that it’s possible to switch
authentication providers if system has two or more providers;
- Check that calling logoff brings logon page
and does not allow to access DEKI unless user logins;
- Check that user is correctly redirected to
login page if click on “Log in” link;
- Check that page specified by link is opened
after login page if logon is successful;
- Check that warning messages are informative
enough if login fails because of non-existing user name and wrong password;
- Check that Log in page is inaccessible for
logged on users;
- Check that Registration page is inaccessible
for logged on users;
- Check that it’s possible to log in from
alternative authentication provider, such AD via LDAP;
- Check that after login user redirects to
previous page;
